This information sets out and governs the terms of use, limitations of liability and obligations that users of Moviles y mas accept and agree to respect.

2. Definitions

  • User: Natural or legal person who uses or browses the Website.
  • Platform: Any Moviles y mas digital initiative: Website, App, Newsletter, Online Shop, Social Networks…
  • Website: The Movilesymas.com domain made available to Internet Users.
  • App: The Moviles y mas application made available to Users of digital devices (phones, tablets…).
  • Content: Pages forming the whole Moviles y mas Platform, including messages, texts, photographs, graphics, icons, logos, technology, links, textures, drawings, sound and/or image files, recordings, software, graphic design and source code.
  • Cookies: Technical means for “traceability” and tracking of navigation on websites. MOVILESYMAS.COM S.L. will inform you of their use in due time.

Users agree to use the Platform, its services and content without breaching the terms of use, current legislation, good faith, generally accepted practices and public order.

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

MOVILESYMAS.COM S.L. shall not be liable for damages of any kind that may arise from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to errors or omissions in content, service interruptions or transmission of viruses.

MOVILESYMAS.COM S.L. implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of users’ personal data and to prevent unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

19. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to try to resolve it amicably. If no agreement is reached, they may resort to mediation or arbitration before going to court.
